Region and Terroir
Warm, sunny region with a long growing season and over 280 sunny days per year. Soils – clayey-sandy and limestone. The style is riper and more generous compared to the northern, grassier interpretations of the variety.

100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Vinification
Hand-harvested during cool hours, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature, short contact with fine lees. No oak – focus on varietal purity and freshness.
Character of the 2025 Vintage
A balanced year with excellent ripeness and preserved acidity – key for quality Sauvignon Blanc.
Tasting Notes
Color – pale yellow with greenish hues.
Aroma – lime, lemon, grapefruit, green apple, pear, herbal nuances and a light tropical accent (passion fruit).
Palate – fresh, juicy, with firm acidity, medium body and a clean mineral finish.
Style – ripe, fruity Sauvignon Blanc with a southern character.
Aging Potential
